Michael Shealey completed the MS program jointly in the Computational Design and Building Performance and Diagnostics, in 1996. He currently works for the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) administering the "moving to work (MTW)" plan. The MTW Plan is designed to realign the housing authority's resources with those of the nation's traditional housing industry, while better serving the needs of the low income population and maximizing the effectiveness of HACP's programs and operations.
