This is a possible room layout for a 15x18 floor plan. It accommodates two floors. Each would be between 8-10 foot high depending on our construction and implementation needs.
I was aiming for opened convertible space. The area is fairly small but I wanted to create large usable rooms. My design is aimed to accommodate a husband and wife with no kids. However it is designed to have ample space for social gatherings and can be easily configured to house overnight guests through a conversion of the smaller section of the downstairs though the use of digital curtains.
