This cardboard couch is wide enough for three people to comfortably lounge. It can even rock back and forth for the ultimate lounging experience. It's made from 8 cross section pieces with interlocking cross braces. This creates a gridlike pattern that results in a very strong, yet light structure. This is all then covered over by a large flat piece of cardboard over top.
This structure challenges the way that current couches are constructed. The checkerboard design leaves a lot of potential storage space. The rocking aspect of the couch is unique to most couches made today.
